I am straight forward but compassionate, determined and extremely honest. I bring a sense of peace and understanding to all problems and situations, as well as a great sense of humor. My Empathic abilities allow me to connect with not only your thoughts, but your needs and feelings too. This helps me see and better understand the struggles you have endured in the past and those that are bothering you now. If what I say or suggest resonates with you, it could give you the chance to see a different side of any situation and could help you solve a problem faster.

I will hold space with you and provide many suggestions on your healing and spiritual growth journey. I will not judge you because I see each life experience as beautiful and important for what it can, has and will teach you. 

I know how hard it is to be vulnerable and how much is involved in healing past hurts or simply choosing to dive in deeper to find happiness. I am excited to help you see your life as meaningful in every way. If there’s something I don’t know, I am eager to learn. If there’s something I can’t help with, I will be happy to refer you to another practitioner who can. I am extremely passionate about helping people and believe that my perspective, intuition and knowledge can help make a difference in your life. I want to help you learn new ways to go through life that will allow you to grow into the best version you can and want to be. 

I am not a licensed therapist.

Therapy is a much deeper focus on specific life events or specific mental health struggles and traumas. It is a great way to work on deep issues that are consuming your life and weighing you down, sometimes drastically. I’m not here to heal all your traumas.

Instead I will 

• help you remove blocks or barriers in your life that keep you from reaching your full potential. 
• I will actively listen to you while you talk about how it made you feel and how life’s circumstances have impacted you.
• I will help you clear the inner and outer clutter so you can find your own wisdom and all knowing of how you are meant to live. 

You’ll get the most out of our work together if you are committed to making improvement, change and growth.
Although you will get the time you need to feel everything that may come up for you. Giant leaps or baby steps, doesn’t matter to me. Growth is growth and I want you to feel proud of yourself for that.

Making things a little lighter for moms and dads. I offer sessions as a couple or as an individual.

 I am able to provide a safe place where children can come and discuss their struggles.
